What Real Customer Reviews Say About Gelatide

112 Trustpilot reviews on one linked domain, and the pattern across them.

A checkout page for Gelatide that we reviewed displayed a "9.6 Excellent" badge alongside a claim of 21,367 reviews. We could not locate that rating on any independent review platform, and it doesn't match anything we could verify.

What Trustpilot Actually Shows

Snopes reported Gelatide-related Trustpilot pages scoring roughly 1.3 to 1.5 out of 5 stars. Separately, we found a Trustpilot page for the domain gelatide.lovable.app with 112 reviews, where most reviewers described a similar pattern:

  • Products that didn't produce the advertised weight-loss results
  • Unexpected or unauthorized additional charges beyond the advertised price
  • Customer support phone numbers that didn't work, or support that felt automated/AI-generated
  • Difficulty getting the advertised money-back guarantee honored, sometimes requiring months of back-and-forth
  • A minority of reviewers who did eventually receive partial refunds after persistent follow-up, or after involving their card issuer

One reviewer specifically described ordering what they believed were three separate, differently-branded weight-loss products, only to notice matching fine print and billing details across all three receipts, concluding they came from "the same pharma lab."

What We'd Take From This

A large gap between a brand's self-reported satisfaction score and its independently verifiable rating is, on its own, a meaningful warning sign — regardless of what's actually in the bottle.
